Craving a Guilt free Snack??

Are you craving a guilt free, yet chewy and delicious snack? These healthy roasted green beans might do it.

Prep time less than 5 minimg_3317

Cook time 18-20 min

Ingredients:

1 lb Green beans

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 lime

1 tbsp shredded grass fed cheddar cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Direction:

  • Place a baking sheet on a baking dish
  • Spread washed green beans on the baking sheet
  • Season beans with salt (pink Himalayan sea salt preferred) and  black pepper
  • Drizzle green beans with olive oil
  • Set oven to broil or conventional broil (500 or 450 degrees F)
  • Put green beans in oven and let bake for 18-20 minutes
  • Remove from oven
  • Add cheese and juice of 1 lime on top
  • Enjoy
