Cook time 18-20 min
Ingredients:
1 lb Green beans
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lime
1 tbsp shredded grass fed cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Direction:
- Place a baking sheet on a baking dish
- Spread washed green beans on the baking sheet
- Season beans with salt (pink Himalayan sea salt preferred) and black pepper
- Drizzle green beans with olive oil
- Set oven to broil or conventional broil (500 or 450 degrees F)
- Put green beans in oven and let bake for 18-20 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Add cheese and juice of 1 lime on top
- Enjoy
