Let me tell you:
These muffins are compared to regular Muffins low in carbohydrates, high in fiber and protein thanks to Almond flour. These muffins are also rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin E, Vitamin D and K2, thanks to, once again Almond flour and grass fed butter. Need more reason to give these delicious Muffins a try? Here is one more, super easy to make.
Here is how to make them, all you need is:
Direction:
- Preheat oven TO 350 degrees F
- Place all the ingredients except blueberries in a food processor. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries
- Grease muffin tins with healthy oil. Such as avocado oil
- Put one scoop of mixture in each tin
- Bake for 25 minutes
- ENJOY
