In one of my posts ” 4 steps closer to healthy meals all week” I promised to post a video of this practice in action for you guys to see. So here is one example. Please note that your food prep routine will be different every week depending on what you are going to cook. I personally like to cook fresh every day, that is why I do not cook everything on my food prep day.
Another tip: I always try to cook once a day, usually for lunch, since everyone in my family can be together at that time and it is our biggest meal of the day, and eat the leftovers for dinner.
