Triceps sit through will work two of the beautiful muscles in your body at the same time, all while you are having fun with your toddler.
In this exercise you move from Glute bridge, which works your glutes to sitting backward, which will work your triceps.
Here is how it is done:
Start in a bridge position with your palms and feet flat on the floor. Ask your toddler to sit on top of your hips. “Sit” backwards through your hands by transferring your weight underneath you and hold. As you come back to starting position, bring your head back, almost like a tabletop.
If you are a beginner, do a few without your toddler and as you get stronger as your toddler to join you.
Do as many as you can and is challenging.
