Ingredients for Chia seed pudding:
- 1 Tbsp Chia seed
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ingredients for green pudding:
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup Kale (a handful)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Direction (Chia seed pudding)
- Mix Chia seed and almond milk well and let stand for 5 minutes
- Add Vanilla and Honey and mix well
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours
Direction (Green pudding)
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour on top of the cold Chia seed pudding
